My love for food started at 15 and over the last 17 years the journey has taken me from thai restaurants to working for Jamie Oliver and recently head chef at River Cottage. My Career as a chef has given me some wonderful experiences and I'm looking forward to what the future brings.
After Living and working abroad for 10 years i'm influenced by food from all over the world. My training with Mark Hix and River Cottage has taught me that using beautiful fresh ingredients, food can be simple and delicious.
We strongly believe in sustainable and ethically produced food. We're very proud of the produce in the south west and stick to a select group of suppliers we have known for a many years. The majority are one man bands and will specialise in one product. We buy direct and collect ourselves. Our future success lies in their hands and the produce that they offer is second to none.
Dinner parties, canapé receptions, weddings, christenings funerals and even a drop off service. We offer a bespoke service with each event tailored to the clients requirements and dietary needs. We've worked with budgets from £500,000 to £100 and pride ourselves on offering a unique service and taking on challenging events. We have many VIP clients we cater for, they have absolute confidence in us to provide a completely confidential service.
